How Does It Work?
If you are a Greek Vendor or have a Women, Men, Accessories Only, Haircare, Skincare or Selfcare website and would like to establish another avenue for reaching your valued customers, sign up for one of our events. Only 50 vendors will be featured each time as we want everyone to be seen and visited.
Want to be a vendor? Here's how you become one.
- Register to be an attendee of the event
- After registering, send your business logo and up to 4 main product images to virtualgreekvendors@gmail.com. They will be added to your vendor page.
- We will set up your vendor page in the vendor directory and it will include:
- Business logo
- Quick Bio
- Website link
- LIVE shopping link (optional)
- Social Media following link (optional)
- Contact Us link
- Up to 4 product images
- Your vendor page will stay live throughout the entire event
- The vendor directory will go live on the first day of the event
- We will buy ads to advertise our event on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok as well as email you a flyer to post on your social media pages. We are all in this together.
- You will have the option to GO LIVE on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok on the Saturday during the event at 12pm CST to showcase your products. You will need to provide a link to the social media page you will be going live on during your registration and it will be added to your vendor page.
- The goal is to service as many customers as you can during this short timeframe.
- The last and final rule is to HAVE LOTS of fun

Only 50 slots will be available and the categories are broken down as follows:
- Sorority Vendors (13 slots)
- Fraternity Vendors (13 slots)
- Haircare Vendors (4 slots)
- Skincare Vendors (4 slots)
- Selfcare Vendors (4 slots)
- Women Clothing Vendors (4 slots)
- Men Clothing Vendors (4 slots)
- Accessories Vendors (4 slots)
You may choose to be listed under 1 additional category during registration. Please do not sign up under a category that is not your niche. If you do, your vendor registration fee will be refunded.
Only 5 featured slots are available on a first come first serve basis. Our featured vendors will also be listed in our event ads and on our social sites.
** SORORITY & FRATERNITY VENDORS, YOU MUST BE A CERTIFIED VENDOR OF THE GREEK ORGANIZATION(S) YOU SIGN UP TO TRADE UNDER. WE WILL CHECK THE VENDOR ROSTERS TO CONFIRM. **
